Clinical decisions stay with clinicians

The pilot tests a supporting education and practice workflow. It does not diagnose, prescribe, replace therapy, or function as an emergency service. Your practice defines the clinical protocol, participant fit, review cadence, and escalation process.

Data scope is decided explicitly

Initial discovery and non-PHI evaluation should not include patient information. A real PHI deployment requires separate technical, contractual, and practice compliance review before any participant data is entered.

Questions practices ask before discovery

Is this therapy or a replacement for clinical care?

No. The pilot provides education, structured skills practice, and workflow evidence. Licensed clinicians retain assessment, treatment, risk, and documentation decisions.

Can we use protected health information during the pilot?

Not during initial discovery or a non-PHI evaluation. Any real PHI deployment requires a separately scoped dedicated environment, appropriate agreements, and a practice-led compliance review before launch.

What do you measure?

The pilot measures invitations, activation, assignment completion, practice entries, clinician review completion, and usability feedback. These are implementation and engagement measures, not promised clinical outcomes.
