Nadia R.

Learner: anxiety & sleep, 29

Marketing manager, first time using a mental-health platform

Nadia signed up after months of racing thoughts at bedtime. She wants practical skills she can use the same night, not a reading list. She works through the anxiety and sleep tracks and checks in with the coach between sessions.

Onboarding & wellness baseline

Nadia starts by naming what she wants help with. The baseline check-in becomes the starting point every later trend is measured against.

Validated self-assessments (GAD-7 / PHQ-9)

Standardized screeners give Nadia an objective score she can track over time, and they feed the same data clinicians already trust.

A library, not a reading list

Daily check-ins that add up

Darnell logs mood, anxiety, sleep, and energy in seconds. Over weeks those entries become the trend line he and his provider read together.

A coach between sessions

The coach knows which lessons Darnell has finished and reinforces those skills. It is support between appointments, with crisis language always routed to real help.

Private journaling with prompts

Sofia journals after study sessions using guided prompts. An automated safety check can show crisis resources and place concerning entries in a provider-reviewed queue; it is not emergency monitoring.

You are not doing this alone

A moderated community lets Sofia stay accountable and learn from people on similar journeys, with the same distress detection watching posts.

Share with your provider, on your terms

Darnell generates a read-only progress summary for his clinician before a session. He decides what is shared and can revoke it any time.

Learn it, do it, see it working

The platform is built as a loop, so the skills you learn turn into habits you can measure.

Learn

Short, practice-first lessons across anxiety, depression, sleep, focus, and resilience. No filler, no hour-long videos.

Do

Use interactive tools the same day: guided breathing, thought records, journaling, and an AI coach that reinforces what you learned.

Measure

Daily check-ins and validated assessments turn into trends, so you can see what is helping instead of guessing.

Questions people ask first

Straight answers before you sign up.

How does Digital Wellness Academy pricing work?
Starter includes every published lesson, self-assessments, trackers, journals, worksheets, and the private member community, plus analytics, progress follow-ups, and provider sharing. Pro adds the text and voice AI wellness coach. Practice licensing for clinics is sales-led — see For Practices.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. Digital Wellness Academy is education and self-guided practice that complements professional care. If you work with a provider, you can share your progress with them. If you are in crisis, the platform always surfaces the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
What is the AI wellness coach?
The Pro plan includes a supportive text and voice companion that knows which lessons you have completed and reinforces those skills between sessions. The coach supports practice and encouragement. Crisis language routes to human help.
What can I actually learn?
You get 964 lessons across 3 schools: a Therapeutic school (anxiety, depression, sleep, trauma, and more), an Optimization school for peak performance, and a Mind & Performance school built on applied neuroscience.
Is my data private?
Your entries stay in your account. Supported free-text activities are processed by an automated distress classifier so the platform can show crisis resources and create a safety-review signal for a linked provider. You control optional read-only progress shares and can revoke them at any time.
How is this different from a meditation app?
Meditation apps mostly play audio. Here every lesson is interactive: guided breathing, thought records, grounding tools, and validated self-assessments, so you build skills by doing and measure whether they are working.
